As the Data Controller under the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, Dansfabrikaprocesses the personal data of individuals participating in the dance camp named“Campfabrika,” which will take place between 25 August and 31 August 2025, for purposesincluding determining the number of participants, addressing participants by name, conducting identity and ticket checks during the event, researching the efficiency of Dansfabrika activities, promoting the event or Dansfabrika activities, keeping statistics, conducting internal planning, conducting marketing and information research activities, improving service quality, promoting and marketing events, conducting searches foradvertising and campaigns, sending SMS messages, conducting surveys, receiving likes andevaluations through various means, presenting special offers, products, and services toparticipants, and sharing the event or Dansfabrika activities with the press, visual and writtenmedia, and creating promotional materials for events through social media accounts andwebsites. The personal data processed includes participants‘ identity information, addressinformation, nationalities, passport/ID numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, gender, date of birth, and photographs and videos taken in public event areas.

The aforementioned personal data is obtained through website forms or non-automatic forms, phone calls, SMS/application correspondences, camera shots/visual and audio recordings, orsecure electronic environments, either wholly or partially automatically or through non-automatic/manual methods, stored, preserved, and reorganized in Dansfabrika systems.

Dansfabrika may transfer your personal data to its employees, officials, trainers, businesspartners, consultants, existing or prospective subsidiaries and group companies, service providers with whom collaboration is conducted, and public institutions and organizations forthe purposes of researching the dg6efficiency of the event or Dansfabrika activities, promoting the event or Dansfabrika activities, maintaining statistics, internal planning, conducting marketing and information research activities, and sharing the organization orDansfabrika events with the press, visual and written media. Dansfabrika may transfer personal data abroad by storing it in application and databases located outside Turkey for thepurpose of maintaining data. Within this framework, your photos or videos may be taken, andthe taken photos and videos may be shown, used, and transferred to third parties, includingindividuals receiving services, in both internal and external advertising, and social mediaposts, without limitations on duration, type, country, or medium, encompassing all mediumsand sub-mediums covered by domestic and international, digital, printed, and visual media, as well as public communication channels. Furthermore, Dansfabrika reports the informationrequired by relevant legislation and requested by public authorities to comply withDansfabrika’s disclosure obligations to said authorities. Dansfabrika anonymizes data andstatistics where possible. Data transferred under this article may be obtained, recorded, stored, preserved, modified, reorganized, disclosed, transferred, inherited, classified, processed, or usage of data may be restricted by third parties in compliance with legislation for protectingpersonal data.

PURSUANT TO LAW NO. 6563 ON REGULATION OF ELECTRONIC COMMERCE

Commercial electronic messages refer to data, voice, and image-based communications sent electronically using tools such as telephones, call centers, faxes, automatic dialing machines, smart voice recording systems, electronic mail, and short message services for commercialpurposes. Commercial electronic messages may only be sent with prior consent fromrecipients. This consent may be obtained in writing or through any form of electroniccommunication. Recipients reserve the right to withdraw consent to receive commercialelectronic messages at any time without providing a reason.

Even if consent has been granted for the transmission of commercial electronic messages, such consent may be revoked at any time by sending an email to info@dansfabrika.com or byclicking the “unsubscribe” button provided at the end of any commercial electronic messagesent to the relevant person.

Knowing that I have been provided with an option to reject commercial electronic messages to be sent fromDansfabrika, I agree that the following statement is valid:

I consent to Dansfabrika processing my contact details, i.e. my telephone number, address, and email address for the purpose of providing me with suitable products, applications, advantages, or campaigns according to my needs, as well as for general information, promotion, advertising, sales and marketing, celebration, well-wishing, and all forms of communication with me. I also consent to receiving data, voice, and image-basedinformational, promotional, and marketing messages through communication channels suchas calls, short messages (SMS), multimedia messaging services (MMS), faxes, automaticdialing machines, emails, and similar means from Dansfabrika or third parties providingservices to Dansfabrika under confidentiality obligations.
